When do we use M5 Advisors

• Before a project starts – our record of achieving 100% funding through business cases for our clients is unprecedented. We provide pre-business case feasibilities (demonstrating return on investment and payback periods), site analysis options to determine the highest and best use prior to investing time and money in design work
• When initial planning is being undertaken – we will formulate strategic business case reports including all financials, option planning, Committee or Council reporting prior to design work commencing to enable informed and strategic discussions to occur
• When cost certainty is required – we provide market leading cost advice that averages 95% certainty at project initiation and 98% certainty at tender time
• When a project is in distress – we provide expert and forensic cost investigations to determine course of action to return the project to a positive return on investment
• When you are bidding a PPP – we complete the due diligence report during bid phase including the independent cost reporting and life cycle or whole of life analysis. During construction, we continue to provide the role of Independent Verifier, Reviewer or Certifier and have experts that also conduct the facilities management maintenance auditing once the project is operational
